Responsibilities for this role:

  • Support the promotion of OCG Corp in the hiring market
  • Develop and maintain relationships with and conduct on-going client meetings
  • Increase new client onboarding by reaching out and setting meetings with new clients
  • Experience working directly with client contacts to facilitate relationships and manage their permanent requirements through the full life cycle.
  • Proven track record of recruiting for technology roles;
  • Clear understanding of the end to end recruitment lifecycle processes;
  • Must have experience on sourcing resumes from all sources not limited to professional Networking and Social Media Sites i.e. LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed
  • Strong emphasis on hunting for new business
  • Regular meetings with the client and contractors
  • Hire interns as required for administrative support.
  • Maintain the Applicant Tracking System with all new jobs posted by different clients.
  • Manage and prepare candidate’s resume for submission to our client.
  • Ensure the resumes are submitted to our client in a timely manner.
  • Ensure quality candidate submissions are made to the client daily.

 

 

What you bring to this role:

  • College or university degree preferred in Business, Human Resources or related field;
  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, and a proven track record of success in IT permanent placements
  • Highly effective organizational skills, flexibility, and adaptability
  • Strong cross-cultural communication (verbal and written) and efficient teamwork skills
  • Highly detail oriented and the ability to effectively problem solve
  • High degree of time management skills and able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
  • Ability to work independently, take responsibility and be self motivated to achieve goals identity or expression, religion, sexual orientation, or origin.
  • Access to reliable vehicle, with a valid G license
  • Willingness to travel on daily basis within GTA
  • Intermediate skill in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Power Point)
